- Assessment and review of the clean up orders (if any) and liaise with local police. Perform a visual inspection and preliminary testing.
- Develop a remediation Action Plan ensuring thorough but cost-effective methods are engaged
- Perform the required works
- Final assessment and clearance certificate to re-inhabit the property.
